Aww, Sorcrates looks like my cat casper!
- Thanks for the comment Joe, did you notice that with exception of the eyes, Samantha is a 'dead-ringer' for Soc? Thanks again for visiting - S&V

Just lost our last kitty who would have been 19 at the end of the month. Bubby is sorely missed as is our Mr. Joey who passed a little over a yr ago. You website is just fabulous for getting my 'kitty kat fix'. By the way, I'm in love with James but all the kitties are gorgeous. Thanks, R
- Sorry to hear of your loses. Tony was almost 19 when he passed in December, and we don't know how old Niles was, but we had him for 16 of those years, and we lost him in April. Glad that you like the website. - S&V

I like your cats, they are awsome! Hah next kitty you get you should name it after me....I will be a remembered person that commented you! haha i love you guys! lol see ya right on back:)
- I think our next cat will be named "Mandu", "Mandu" was the name of a cat that once appeared on the popular Brittish soap "EastEnders". Thanks for the suggestion though. - S&V

Just dropped by to see the gang. Boy, that's the life, eh? C ya.
- Yep, Josh. It is the life (for them). As staff, we have to feed, water, scoop the litter, clean up hair balls, message them, brush them and play with them. Then they expect us to cuddle with them. And we wouldn't change it!! Thanks, Josh for visiting again. Will talk to you soon. - S&V

nont enough time to type any info before pc wipes it clesn ericalin1997@aol.com
- Sorry you didn't have time to type a long message, here is a hint, compose a message in word, or another editor, and paste it in, it's much quicker and easire that hitting the send button 53 time because you got upset at the website.

We ha looked into what it would take to fix that and still keep the site small and simple (no java or flash), and have found that many people still leave us long messages, so nothing has been done about it yet, but we are considering our options - S&V

thank you for adopting homeless and stray cats. i have had 3 myself. your cats are lovely. just think, if everyone adopted even 1 cat, there'd be no more put to sleep or homeless. for the cat haters out there - i guarantee you'd change your mind if a cat adopted you. give it a try.
- That's great advice for all of the folks that try to spam this page too, thanks Judy for the kind words. - S&V

Hello! I have a cat named Macavity and was surfing to see other cats with this name. I will try to attach his picture. He looks astonishingly like your Macavity. Cheers, Al Gregory
Thanks for the pic Al:

and for the great e-mail. We think that your Mac looks more like our Quentin:

than our Macavity:

They are all handsome cats though. We are aware of the T. S. Eliot poem as he was named for the character in the Andrew Lloyd Webber play 'Cats' based on Elliot's poems. We were not aware of a Sherlock Holmes reference though. Thanks for visiting and come back again, and don't forget to visit the kittycam - S&V

Hi! I found this website and I am just wondering - how come I cannot see anything? The screen is black. Anyway, this website is very interesting. I love your cats! (the pictures are adorable!) Your kitties are beautiful! It's really interesting how you love your cats so much you made this for them. But it's very nice too! Alex
- Alex, sorry, we'll look into the cam to see what is going on. Make sure you check it out during daylight (Eastern time). Our intention is for everyone to move the camera and to see the kitties. Thank you for the nice words. Our intention is to help people smile in this unsettling time :) We do love them, pets need a nice home to live in and lots of love. Come back, we'll try to fix any kittycam errors. - S&V

so nice to see people who love cats we,ve 7 ourself im missing one whos been out 2 days now, hope shes alright
- We also hope that she is okay. Why not keep them inside. All 8 of our cats are inside, all the time. They are used to this and we change the litter 2 times a day. It takes about 3 days to get them to be used to inside living. They will meow and climb the wall...a little patience and it works. Take care of your kitties, I'm sure they love you and much as you love them! Thank you for visiting from S. Wales. - S&V

This site is really great i really enjoy watching your cats. Oh yeah and sorry about Tony...
- Thank you so much, Chanelle. Tony was beloved by his human family and his feline family. Tony had a very good, long life and we have no regrets. We celebrate his life. - S&V
